last day of 2008

2008 had been crazy for me, so much had happened. the worst had definitely got to be getting dengue fever -.- walau eh, one small mosquito cause so much misery in me! missed school for 2 weeks and my first hospital stay alone for 4 days omg stupid dengue damn torturing and sad, k dont whanna think about it. the best, well, theres plenty haha. i flew to america! & i lovelove newyork hehe. and my edusave scholar $$ haha collecting next year ahh cant wait. o levels was hmm... not really a struggle but like eleanor said, we didnt chiong and study alot. lets see, during the midst of it, we caught a movie, she came over to study ss but ended up falling asleep and watching a movie haha and we went back to school to play volleyball. haha but not too bad lah huh. speaking of 0 levels, ahhhh results! some say that results day is 9 jan (next friday ahhomg!) or 10 jan, 12 jan or 15 jan. lol. whatever it is, damn scary lah.

weather is too hot now, i hope 2009 will be cooler hehe. waiting for my mummy to come home to get the car and we're going shopping and then steamboat haha. and idk about plans with my friends yet gotta go confirm with them.

NIAGARA FALLS in ontario, canada

in the midst of our stay in newyork, we booked at tour that would bring us to the niagara falls. very sadly, the tour got cancelled last minute and we only realised it the day before. that is probably due to the cold weather and not many people signed up for the tour. there was another alternative, to take up a tour that would bring us around washington dc. yet, since my mum really wanted to see the niagara falls, my dad figured we could rent a car and drive. and that was how we got there, of course, with the help of the mighty gps to help us navigate lol.

its officially the 31st of december, last day of 2008 already. how time flies.

so technically, yesterday, i had my volleyball bbq gathering at chrysan's place. but before that, met up with liza and eleanor at amk and we caught bedtimes stories. haha not bad, its a funny show. the guinea pig had really huge eyes damn funny lol.


after the show, we took 88 down to bishan active where we played beach volleyball! haha very very long since i played volleyball already. hmm last time was during the o levels when i had no paper, i went back to school to play with juniors haha miss training ahh! joey said they paid $45 for the court for 3 hours, i felt it was quite expensive as we didnt really made full use of it, didnt play alot. weather was hot and we were super thirsty so we went to get bubble tea and i had really small pearls damn nice to chew lol.

at bout five plus, went to chrysan's place for the bbq. liza had to leave :(( there were alot of food, too much in fact. haha some brought home food and i brought home a packet of marshmallows, lol so did 3 other girls. just, alot of food in excess. and i think i ate alot, like more than i would usually eat for a bbq. eleanor, on the contrary, ate super little lah, like 2 sausages? haha crazy! she said she was very full because of the drink. then she kept jumping to get rid of the gas haha funny. closing to 11pm, eleanor and i left to took 73 home. thankfully, waiting time for the bus wasn't that long.

i am on the phone with eleanor and liza now. gonna go watch movie with them later :) and its beach volleyball afterwards and volleyball bbq! ahh can't wait i miss them alot, i miss playing volleyball too. lol. k gtg bye! :))

haha im watching little nyonya now they are showing two episodes on monday. and for the ch8 7pm show they are showing two episodes on friday. well, guess they have no shows to screen thats why huh lol idk.

brought my mum, grandma and bro to eat the chinatown noodles! hahaha the first and last time i ate it was after my olevels and i had been craving for it since then hehe. after lunch, we went to vivocity to walk and shop. then we went to have come snacks and coffee before heading home. oh yea and we dropped by plaza sing for swatch on the way back. i intended to change my watch strap since the colour changed already. its white initially, and white gets dirty easily so im probably getting a darker colour strap but i cant make up my mind on which strap to change, ended up not changing lol.

on the way back, my mum asked us to take the red line to tpy and change bus while i insisted that the purple line to serangoon and then a bus home would be faster. being very stubborn, i said that i would take the train to serangoon while my mum would take the other one and then we see who would get home first. hahaha damn funny lah, my bro followed me and we split ways. haha true enough, we reached home 10 minutes earlier! lol thankgod, there were not much waiting time. my mum said they didnt wait much too so this proves that my way is quicker! lol.

eyes damn teary crap whats wrong. i dropped my phone once again. fell and landed hard on the floor countless times already. my vibration is gone (really sad thing), and now i may not receive some of your messages or i wont be able to send smses out (really sad thing too). i whanna change phone! ahhh the phone i want quick release please! hahaha.

stayover last night was alot of fun.
it all started with eleanor coming over to my place for gym and sauna. but since she came late, we only went for the sauna to sweat haha. once, eleanor added too much water into the whatever-thing-or-stove-it-is-called and alotalot of steam came off woah super hot i tell you, both of us couldnt take it and went to open the door for nice cool air lol. after the sauna, we went to shower and headed to amk hub for lunch. eleanor bought her lanyard you better dont regret! haha it reminded me of amanda and i when we bought our elmo lanyard and regretted almost immediately lol. eleanor then went for her bbq and i went home first.

i then thought of calling more people but it was already quite late so only decided to call keping for the stayover since she lives directly opposite me lol. turned out that she was with amanda. so kp came and soon amanda came after dropping by her house to get clothes and stuff and nor arrived after her bbq which was so damn late. so while waiting for eleanor, three of us plus my bro went to play monopoly.

monopoly was crazy. amanda and my bro had really bad luck in the beggining, kept paying money to either both of us or the bank and kept going to jail. it was so hilarious and kp and i kept winning more and more. soon, all the lots available were all sold out and the game gets exciting cause almost every move will end up with you landing on someone else's lot. then, the game starts changing and amanda building two houses on her lot. she got lucky cause kp stepped on it thrice while i stepped on it once. but anyhow, i became overall winner with the most money left after mortgaging the houses! yay :))

eleanor finally came and played online pictionary (isketch) on my laptop. as time passed, we got tired so lights off. i was still quite alert so made them play the alphabet story game with me lol it was so funny that it made them not so sleepy anymore. but somehow, we all fell asleep anyway.

oh right. we played the hotel626 game. previously weisiang gave me the link to play but i was alone at night and it felt creepy so i didnt dare to play it through. but with 4 of us here, we managed to complete it and it isn't that scary we thought it would be but well, it maybe scary if we played it alone. damn funny cause i was controlling the game and asked the others if they wanted to try and they didnt want to but in the end amanda decided to give it a shot but when i handed the mouse over to her, she accidently pressed a button and poof, we went back to another page and had to restart it. lol she did it twice, so sadly, we had to start the game twice lol. and this time, amanda shall not touch the mouse at all hahaha.

kp hates cats so amanda is torturing it! lol.

eleanor is coming over soon to go gym and sauna with me hahaha. i cant wait to go to the sauna and start sweating lol. need to lose weight! haha strange thing is, i took my weight few days back and i did not gain any weight! it is the same as before i left for america and thats probably because we walked alot there.

just checked online for the phone W705 that im intending to get. its coming out next year, i really hope i can get is by the chinesenewyear but it maybe coming out during feb09 and i bet its gonna be pricey. it has wifi which is cool but hmm, i guess almost every new phone is gonna have wifi huh.

my dearfriends are probably staying over at my place tonight! :))

just watch the last 3 episodes of the celebrity apprentice. actually i watched one episode on star world earlier then i decided to go online to continue watching till the end. and the only reason why i would watch it is because of piers morgan, you know the damn mean judge from america's got talent lol. he is hated by many other contestants cause he is tough and ruthless. but well, he won anyway and he is good and way better than raising money than any other contestants.

rain had stopped. it was raining earlier and i had to go meet gladys at the bus stop as i had to pass her the xmas gift and she passed me my birthday gift and the xmas gifts for the rest later speaking of which the outing tonight is not confirmed. and where's eleanor! haha.

my grandma's sister came over from malaysia and she brought her daughter and her daughter brought her daughter so i have 3 visitors intending to stay at my house for awhile. im not excited about, it infact im not very happy about it. i have to give up my room! ahhhomg. my dad's overseas so im sleeping over in my parent's room. yah and he is overseas with my camera! now how i wish time flies besides the o level results part. i dont like visitors in my place. im not being mean or anti-social, its just, nvm i dont know how to put it in a nice way. it disrupts my life which is not good makes me not happy.

just watched friends, the episode when monica & rachel vs chandler & joey. haha its damn funny, makes me happier lol.

packed my drawer and cupboard and its much neater now. saw so many letters of course majority is from elizabeth since she's my post mail partner and definitely alot from my other friends too. one day gonna go through them all over again haha. i even found some from my primary schoolmates haha. im so proud of myself the top of my drawer is damn nice now with all my accessories displayed properly lol. ah crap my table is still messy.
